How to avoid the second wave of Corona? WHO told what to eat and what not

To prevent corona infection, it is important that you have good food and drink, so that your immunity is strong. Nutrition and hydration strengthen your immune system and reduce the risk of infectious diseases.

WHO has told what kind of diet you should follow to prevent corona infection. Last year, when the corona infection started in 2020, the World Health Organization had told what precautions you should take while eating and drinking.

Avoid processed food

Stay away from trans fat. Avoid such things as processed food, fast food, fried food, frozen pizza, because any other disease increases the chances of getting corona virus. To overcome obesity, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and some types of cancer, do not eat excessive amounts of salt and sugar.

Include these things in the diet

Include fresh fruits and unprocessed food in your diet. With this, your body will get the necessary vitamins, minerals, fiber proteins and anti-oxidants. Include fruits, vegetables, lentils, beans in the food. Eat unprocessed maize, millet, wheat, root vegetables, potatoes, sweet potatoes and Arabic. Instead of eating fatty fish butter coconut oil cream cheese ghee, include fish, avocado, nuts, olive oil, soy, canola, sunflower and corn oil. Do not eat red meat and processed meat at all.

Distance from restaurant

The corona spreads rapidly by coming into contact with each other. So avoid going out and eating.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water

Water regulates body temperature and removes toxins from the body. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water. Apart from water, you can drink fruit-vegetable juice and lemonade. Avoid cold drinks, soda and coffee.
