In such a situation, to get rid of this problem, you must secure your Netflix account. For this you can lock it. So let’s know how you can secure your Netflix account.
How to Secure
- Your Netflix Account – First of all you have to open your Netflix account.
- After this select your profile which you want to lock.
- To select a profile, you have to click on the profile picture given in the top right corner.
- Then scroll down and tap on Profile & Parental Controls.
- Lock the profile here.
- After this you have to enter your Netflix account password.
- After this you have to click on the check box of Require a PIN.
- Uncheck the box if PIN requirement is to be removed.
- To generate PIN, users have to enter 4 digits.
- If the account is opened on a device which is unsupported then it will be required to enter the PIN.
- Whenever a new profile is created on your account, it also requires a PIN.
- This option will be given when Profile Lock PIN is created on the main account.
- After completing this process, tap on Submit.
