The agent of the agency also told the customer that if the car is needed on the same date, then some extra money will have to be paid for it. Hearing this condition, the customer canceled the booking and asked to return the earnest money. The customer asked the car dealer to return the money several times but there was no hearing on it and he did not return the money. The dealer was not ready to return the money to the customer.

The docket number states that your complaint has been filed and it will be heard within the stipulated time. NCH immediately sent the customer’s complaint to the company. In a few days, the company wrote on the portal of NCH, Like the dealership, we have received information that the complaint of the customer has been settled and the money has been refunded to the customer.
