How to Track SBI ATM Card Dispatch status ?

Learn How to Track SBI ATM Card delivery status Online. If you have applied for the new SBI ATM Card Online or Submitted the SBI ATM Card Form through the branch, SBI will dispatch the ATM/Debit card through Speed Post within 7 -10 working days.

You can Track the SBI ATM/Debit card delivery Status by visiting the SBI ATM Card Status Website.

You can easily track SBI ATM Card dispatch details by using the Speed Post No ( Consignment Number ) received via SMS after SBI ATM Card Online Apply (or the Offline Application through the Branch).

Note that you can Apply for the New SBI ATM Card Online, without visiting your home branch, if you have an online SBI Account.

If you don’t have an Online SBI Internet Banking Account, don’t worry. You can apply online and Activate it without visiting your Home Branch.

If your SBI ATM card is Lost, Stolen, or you want to upgrade your ATM card, then you can block your SBI ATM card and Apply for the new ATM Card Online.

After requesting new SBI ATM Card through online or via Branch by submitting SBI ATM card Form, SBI will send you the ATM Card through Speed Post. They will send you the courier details as SMS, which contains the Tracking Number, once the ATM card is dispatched.

See the SMS Message below:

“Your SBI Debit Card ending with xxxx dispatched on 26-04-2018 thru Speed No. EB4549xxx53IN. Please follow instructions on the welcome letter to generate your PIN”.

You can find the Courier company details in the SMS. If the ATM Card is dispatched via another courier company, then you can track the status by visiting their website.

If you have not received any SMS with Tracking Number, You can Contact 1800 425 3800 SBI Customer Care Number. They will help you to get the tracking number.

Otherwise, you have to contact your home branch to get the ATM card delivery status and the Tracking Number.

Step 1: Visit https://www.indiapost.gov.in and find the Consignment Tracking page (Track N Trace) in the home page.

Step 2: Enter the Speed Post Number (Consignment Number) received in the SMS and then enter the verification code shown.

Step 3: Click on ‘Track Now‘ button.

Now you will be redirected to a page with your SBI ATM card dispatch details.

You can find your SBI Debit card delivery status (current Location and expected delivery date) here.

The SBI ATM Card can be activated online, without visiting your Home branch, after the card is delivered.

SBI ATM Card Status Enquiry through Online SBI

If you want to know the status of your SBI ATM Card application, then you can find the status online, if you have an active online SBI (Net Banking) account.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Login your SBI net banking account with your SBI online banking User Name and Password

Step 2: Click on e-Services Menu and then ATM Card Services (See the marked area in the below screenshot)

Step 2: Now click on ‘Request ATM/Debit Card’

Step 3: Now you will get a screen with 2 tabs. Apply and Enquiry

Click on Enquiry tab. Then select the Account number given at the time of the debit card application from the list below and then select the ATM card application month from the list.

Note that date range for card enquiry status should be 6 months from the current date.

Then click on the Submit button.

Now you will be redirected to a screen where you can see the status of your SBI ATM Card Application.

If you cannot find the status of your SBI ATM card or the application was given 6 months ago, then you can apply for the new ATM card here.

You will get the new ATM card through speed post within 14 days. Make sure that your Address given is correct. To verify the address, click on the ‘Profile’ menu on left, then click on My Profile.

There you can find your address. These address details were given when you opened the bank account. So if the address is changed, then go to your branch and submit the address change request.

Submit the new ATM card application only after updating the address.

SBI Debit Card Status Tracker – Complaints

Many SBI customers reported that they have received the SMS with the SBI Debit card Tracking Number, but not yet received the card. In such a case follow the below steps to get your SBI ATM card.

If you have received the SBI ATM Card Tracking Number, then you can make sure that SBI already sent the ATM Card to your SBI account’s communication address given while opening the account. But your present Adress may be incorrect or the shipping company could not deliver it.

In such a case, You can try the ATM card tracking using the courier company or Post office Consignment tracking method explained above. If you cannot find the ATM card details, then your SBI ATM card may be returned to the home branch.

So make sure that your present address is updated in your SBI account. You can change your communication address online if you have an active SBI Net banking account. Otherwise, you have to contact your home branch to change your address.

So contacting your branch is the only option to get your ATM card. You can also Apply for the ATM card again online.

Step 2: Now enter the consignment number received via SMS.

Step 3: Evaluate the expression (Enter the Captcha)

Step 4: Click on the Search button. Now you can see your SBI debit card delivery status
