IMD Alert: Orange alert issued for heavy rain in 28 districts, rain-thunderstorm warning in 40 districts, learn IMD forecast

IMD MP Weather: The rainy season continues in Madhya Pradesh. With the onset of monsoon, a warning of heavy to very heavy rain has been issued in most of the districts. Heavy rain alert has been issued during 2 days. At the same time, people have been advised to be alert. The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast of thunderstorm while issuing warnings of heavy rains in 7 divisions.

Orange alert of heavy rain in 7 divisions

Orange alert has been issued for heavy rain at some places in 7 divisions of Madhya Pradesh. According to meteorologists, forecast of heavy rain has been expressed in Gwalior, Ujjain, Indore, Narmada Puram divisions including Bhopal, Sagar, Jabalpur. According to the same meteorologists, apart from the Bay of Bengal, the rainy season continues due to non-availability of water in the Arabian Sea.

Heavy rain warning has been issued in Sagar, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Narmada, Ujjain, Indore, Gwalior divisions on Thursday. Earlier, rains have been recorded in Damoh, Satna, Pachmarhi, Rewa, Umaria, Chhindwara, Shivpuri, Ujjain, Khajuraho, Jabalpur, Raisen, Dhar, Mandla, Malajkhand, Narmada Puram and Seoni.

Heavy rain warning

Heavy rain warning has been issued in Seoni, Chhindwara, Dewas, Alirajpur and Sehore. Along with this, heavy rains can also be seen in Mandla, Malajkhand, Sagar, Narmada Puram, Shivni and Shivpuri.

Weather system

  • Talking about the weather system, at present a low pressure area has formed over North East Madhya Pradesh.
  • And there is a line passing from northwest Rajasthan to the Bay of Bengal. Due to which a low pressure area has formed over North East Madhya Pradesh.
  • The same cyclone has formed in the upper part of the air over Gujarat and the Arabian Sea adjacent to it. Due to which the monsoon has become active in the entire state.
  • The low pressure area over Northeast Madhya Pradesh is moving in the northwest direction. Due to which the period of heavy rains is going to continue in Jabalpur, Sagar, Narmada, Bhopal. Heavy rain can be seen.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms in these areas, warning of thunder

Thunderstorm accompanied by heavy rain has been seen in Narsinghpur, Balaghat, Chhatarpur, Ladder, Rewa, Satna, Anuppur, Umaria, Neemuch, Guna, Mandsaur, Barwani, Ujjain including Panagar, Mandla, Malajkhand and Kareli. Orange alert has been issued for heavy rain at many places in 28 districts.
