Farmers’ crops fail
Experts say that filling ripe crops with water can cause potatoes to rot. The harvested mustard crop can also get spoiled. Firstly, there has already been a decline in the yield of potatoes and the rains have become a disaster for the farmers. Due to fog and frost, farmers somehow saved the potatoes by spraying medicines, but could not stop the production from decreasing. Now the potato crop is ripe and ready. These days, the farmer was busy digging potatoes when the digging stopped due to worsening weather. It is believed that in such a situation the potato may be tainted.

Many districts of Uttar Pradesh may witness severe weather havoc in the coming 24 hours. Here, Lucknow Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding rain and hailstorm in many districts. In such a situation, there is a possibility of hailstorm in Khairi, Bahraich, Sitapur, Hardoi, Barabanki, Ayodhya, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Gonda, Sitapur, Kannauj, Farrukhabad, Jalaun. However, the weather is expected to clear in the state by Tuesday. In such a situation, the temperature will start increasing from the coming week.
