IMD Alert: There is a possibility of thunderstorm and hailstorm in the states from May 7 to May 10; Know the weather conditions in your state

Jharkhand weather today: From May 7 to May 10, there will be cloudy sky with light and moderate rain in various districts of the state. Due to this, the maximum temperature will drop by four to eight degrees.

Jharkhand weather: With the arrival of moist air, people of Jharkhand are likely to get relief from the scorching heat and heat wave. On Monday, it will be cloudy in various districts of the state including Ranchi, there is a possibility of light rain with thunderstorms. Storm can also blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour. Orange alert has been issued for hailstorm with strong wind and thunder in Ramgarh, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamtara, Dumka, Deoghar on Tuesday.

What will be the weather till 10th May?

The Meteorological Department, Ranchi, has said in its forecast that from May 7 to May 10, various districts of the state will be cloudy and there will be light and moderate rain. Due to this, the maximum temperature will drop by four to eight degrees.

Why is the weather changing?

Meteorologist Abhishek Anand gave information about this sudden change in the weather. He told that a turf line has been formed from Bihar to the northern part of Odisha, which is passing through the Ganga region of West Bengal. Apart from this, the flow of moist air coming from the south-west direction is increasing. This will continue for the next two days. Due to this, there will be change in the weather of the entire state and there will be rain. Here, heat with high humidity was felt in various districts including Ranchi on Sunday.

Temperature crossed 40 degrees in 19 districts except 5.

According to the Meteorological Department, except five districts in the state, the temperature in 19 districts crossed 40 degrees on Sunday. The temperature in Ranchi was recorded at 39.2 degrees with an increase of about one degree. Seraikela was the hottest in the state. The maximum temperature here was 45.1 degrees. After this, 44.9 degrees was recorded in Bokaro with an increase of four degrees in a day. There was a heat wave situation here. Apart from this, the temperature remained more than 43 degrees in Jamshedpur, Medininagar, Pakur, West Singhbhum, Garhwa. The heat troubled the districts like Deoghar, Jamtara etc.
