IMD Hailstorm Alert! Weather will be bad in these states, hail will fall along with rain

IMD Hailstorm Alert: There is a possibility of hailstorm along with rain in some areas of Eastern and Western Madhya Pradesh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand.

Weather Updates: The month of March has arrived, people have started keeping their warm clothes. But with the onset of winter, the possibility of rain and hail remains constant. According to Indian Meteorology (IMD), there is a strong possibility of rain and hail in some states of North India. There is a possibility of hailstorm along with rain in some areas of Eastern and Western Madhya Pradesh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand. The Meteorological Department has predicted snowfall in the hilly states.

How was the weather of Delhi?

Many parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) received hailstorm, high-speed wind and rain on Sunday. The Meteorological Department had earlier said that there will be thunderstorms at different places in Delhi (Civil Lines, Dilshad Garden, Seemapuri, Kashmiri Gate, Seelampur, Shahdara, Vivek Vihar, Red Fort, Preet Vihar, Rajiv Chowk, ITO, India Gate, Akshardham Temple, Nehru Stadium) as well as adjoining areas such as Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh and some areas of Sonipat, Bahadurgarh and Gurugram in Haryana may receive light to moderate rain.

Hail will fall along with rain in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of rain in Eastern and North-Eastern India. It is being said that there is a possibility of rain as well as hail in these areas from March 5 to March 7. There is a possibility of rain in Himalayan states – Jammu Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh on March 5 to 7. The effect of western disturbance remains around Jammu and Kashmir and western Uttar Pradesh. In this context, there is a strong possibility of rain in these areas. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain and snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh.

Heat will increase in these states

Talking about the states of South India, the temperature will continue to rise in Odisha. In the month of March itself, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heat wave in these areas. The weather is also expected to be hot in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
