Goa To Prayagraj Special Trains: The Goa government has announced to run three special trains from Madgaon to Prayagraj. These will start from February 6. The special thing is that devotees will be able to travel for free in these trains.

The Goa Government has given a big gift to those wishing to go to Mahakumbh 2025 by announcing to run three special trains from the state. Through these trains, devotees will be able to travel to Prayagraj for free. These Mahakumbh Special Trains will start from February 6. Thousands of passengers will be able to take advantage of this. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has also shared information in this regard.

Special trains from Goa to Prayagraj

The ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh is witnessing a huge influx of devotees and people from all over the country are taking holy bath here. Meanwhile, hundreds of additional trains are being operated by the Indian Railways for the convenience of the passengers. At the same time, now the Goa government has given a big gift to the devotees of its state by announcing to run Goa To Prayagraj Special Trains, which will be free. According to the government, three special trains will be run.

Trains from Madgaon station on these dates

These three special trains, run for the devotees wishing to go to Maha Kumbh, will leave from Madgaon station in South Goa and reach Prayagraj. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has informed in this regard that the first special train will leave from Madgaon station at 8 am on Thursday, February 6. While the other two special trains will be operated from Madgaon to Prayagraj on February 13 and 21 respectively.

Free food along with free travel

CM Pramod Sawant further said that each of these trains will operate exclusively between Goa and Prayagraj and will carry about 1,000 passengers. In this regard, State Social Welfare Minister Subhash Fal Desai said that food will also be provided free of cost to the devotees on the way during the train journey. These special trains will reach Prayagraj from Madgaon after a journey of 34 hours.

38 crore devotees have arrived so far

The Prayagraj Maha Kumbh Mela started on 13 January and will end on 26 February. According to reports, since its beginning, about 38 crore devotees have taken a dip. About 45 crore devotees were expected to reach by the end of the Maha Kumbh.
