In such a situation, it is mandatory to buy platform ticket. If you do not want to stand in long queues for platform ticket at the railway station, then you can get it online.
For this, Railways has launched UTS mobile app. Through this app, you can book railway tickets only through the app without any hassle and standing in long queues.
For online platform ticket booking, first of all download the UTS app in your mobile. In this, link your details to your net banking, UPI, credit or debit card for registration and to recharge R-Wallet.
After this, go to the app and select the option of your nearest railway station for platform ticket.
After this, a window will open in front of you in which you will see the option to book platform ticket. In this, select the station name, ticket number and payment option.
After this select the option of Book Ticket. After this, as soon as payment is made, the platform ticket will appear in front of you. You can see this ticket in the Show Ticket option of the app.
