Verification of mobile and e-mail
- Go to IRCTC app or website and click on the verification window.
- Now enter your registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

- On clicking here, OTP will come on your mobile, enter it and verify the mobile number.
- After entering the code received on the e-mail ID, your mail ID will also be verified.
