This service has been started on 139 number. Under this, passengers will have to ask for the facility of alert on the inquiry system of 139 number. This facility will be given during the journey from 11 pm to 7 am. The advantage of this will be that you will be picked up from the railway side 20 minutes before reaching the station.
To take advantage of this special facility, you have to pay only Rs. If you take this service, an alert will be sent to your phone 20 minutes before your arrival at the station, so that you can arrange your luggage properly in time and get down comfortably when you reach the station.

To take advantage of this service (destination alert wakeup alarm), you can call the IRCTC helpline 139. Now select your language here. Now for destination alert first press number 7 and then number 2. Now enter your 10 digit PNR when asked. Dial 1 to confirm it. By doing this the service will be activated on your number and you will get a wakeup alert 20 minutes before the arrival of the station.
