Indigo new flights: Airline company, Indigo has announced direct flights from Mumbai to the African country Seychelles. This new service will start from March 22, 2025 and Indigo will operate four flights a week between Mumbai and Seychelles. This new route will not only increase connectivity to this beautiful tourist spot, but will also make it more accessible and affordable for Indian travelers. With this, on March 1, 2025, Indigo has completed preparations to fly from Delhi to Bangkok with its ‘big aircraft’ and big plans.
Mumbai to Seychelles flight schedule
Flight number 6E 1855 will operate from Mumbai to Seychelles on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It will depart from Mumbai at 07:20 am and arrive in Seychelles at 10:35 am. Flight number 6E 1856 will operate from Seychelles to Mumbai on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It will depart from Seychelles at 18:15 pm and arrive in Mumbai at 0:35 pm (next day). Seychelles, an archipelago off the coast of East Africa, is famous for its stunning beaches, clear waters and lush green forests.

Boeing 787-9 aircraft started operating
IndiGo has started operating a leased widebody Boeing 787-9 aircraft on the Delhi-Bangkok route. To meet the growing air traffic demand, the airline has temporarily inducted a Boeing 787-9 aircraft from Norse Atlantic before taking delivery of the A321XLR, which has longer range, and the A350. IndiGo is expected to induct the A321XLR next fiscal and the widebody A350 in 2027.
