IRCTC has launched an affordable four night and five day tour package of Mata Vaishno Devi. This train will run stopping from many cities of Uttar Pradesh.
New Delhi. If you live in Uttar Pradesh and are planning to visit Vaishno Devi in summer, but are not getting reversion in trains, then there is no need to worry. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a cheap package for Vaishno Devi, in which the entire journey will be in AC. This train will run stopping from many cities of Uttar Pradesh.
IRCTC’s four night and five day tour to Mata Vaishno Devi is an economical package. This includes travel by AC class, breakfast on the way, lunch, dinner, local transport and hotel stay. Under this package, the train will depart every Thursday.
The train will leave for Banaras at 12.40 pm. It will reach Jaunpur at 1.36 pm, Sultanpur at 2.50 pm, Lucknow at 5.35 pm and Shahjahanpur at 8.25 pm. People living in or around these cities can board these stations. It will reach Jammu at 10.50 am the next day.
Will reach Katra from Jammu by AC buses. Have to stay in a hotel there and can tour Katra and its surroundings on this day. On the third day, after having breakfast in the morning, we will climb the hill for the darshan of Vaishno Devi and after the darshan, we will return to the hotel at night. There will be dinner here at night. After breakfast on the fourth day, we will leave for Jammu. From here, board the return train at 2 pm and return home on the fifth day.
This is affordable fare
Under the package, the fare for three people sharing a room together in a hotel room is Rs 8650. This fare is on an average Rs 1730 per day. If you two people want to share the room then you will have to pay Rs 9810 and for staying in a single room you will have to pay Rs 15320.
