The benefit of this facility will be available in 22 states and three union territories of the country. This facility will be applicable in AC and non AC buses.
IRCTC has given great relief to the people traveling in the bus. Through online tickets, passengers can book their favorite seats in the bus. For this, you do not have to take long lines. Travelers can book seats by visiting the website of IRCTC bus.irctc.co.in. A photo of the bus of the passengers will be shown at the time of booking. In this, you have to select the bus. After which, after filling all the information, your ticket will be booked. At the same time, you can use any online medium for payment.
Mobile app will come by March
To give the benefit of this facility to the passengers, IRCTC is preparing to bring mobile apps by March. Bus tickets can also be booked through this. IRCTC officials said that tickets for children under five will be free. At the same time, no refund of passengers will be given. But in the event of cancellation of the journey, the entire money will be refunded to the passengers.
