After this, Janhvi Kapoor’s second exercise is Butterfly Hip Race, which continues continuously for 1 minute. Janhvi Kapoor’s third exercise is of abs. Through which she sweats to reduce her belly fat. Janhvi repeats these exercises for about 20-30 minutes according to several sets.
