Kashmir Zone IG Vijay Kumar congratulated the security forces for this successful operation. He said that the killing of Sajjad is a big success for the security forces. Earlier on Sunday, Jahang terrorist Narpora resident Jahangir Ahmed Wani was shot dead. From which M-4 carbine, magazine, Rs 9600 cash and other material was recovered. A policeman and a civilian were injured during the operation. At the same time, three houses were also damaged.

As soon as Sunday morning, the security forces started an operation and killed a terrorist. According to police records, Jahangir, a terrorist killed, was active since September 2020 and was involved in a number of terrorist incidents. It also included cases of attacks on security forces and harassment of civilians.
