This facility allows prepaid users to borrow up to 5 Emergency Data Loan Packs (worth Rs.11/pack) of 1GB each.

How to get Emergency Loan Facility:-

>>First of all go to MyJio app, and here tap on ‘menu’ on the top left side of the page.

>> Here under Mobile Services, open ‘Emergency Data Loan’.

>>Then click on ‘Proceed’ for Emergency Data Loan banner.

>> Go to the ‘Get emergency data’ option here.

>>Now click on ‘Activate now’ to get the benefit of emergency loan.

>> In this way your ‘Emergency data loan’ will be activated.
