Jio stopped this service! Advising users to do second recharge, know what is the whole matter

How was Jio Data loan available?

For Jio data loan, users had to go to My Jio app. Here one had to login with his Jio number and the option of data loan was available in the top left menu. However, the company has stopped its emergency data service at this time. That is, now Jio is not giving data loan to its users.

At first we could not find these options in the top left menu. Later, when we tried to find this service by searching in the My Jio app, we came to know that the company has temporarily stopped it. Now consumers have only the option of Jio data voucher for extra data.

The reason for not providing service is not clear

However, this information has not been officially given as to why Jio has stopped this service. Rather, the company is saying in its message that the service of data loan is not temporarily available.

For this, users will have to use data vouchers. That is, if you run out of data, then you only have the option of data vouchers. Jio’s data vouchers start from Rs 15, in which users get 1GB of data.

You do not get any validity in these vouchers. Rather, they can be used till the validity of the base plan. For 2GB data, users will have to recharge for Rs 25.
