Under the legal procedures in this case, the court summoned Khesari Lal. Thereafter, bailable warrant was issued. Even after the directions of the court, when Khesarilal did not follow it, the Chapra behavioral court issued a non-bailable warrant against Bhojpuri superstar Khesarilal Yadav.
