Tips for making healthy parathas-

  • To make the parathas healthy, if you add spinach puree, rajma puree, chana dal puree while kneading the dough for parathas, then the taste of the parathas increases. Along with this, the nutrients also increase in it. Apart from this, if you have prepared the vegetable in the evening and it has survived, then you can use it while making paratha.
  • While making paneer, use the water released from it to knead the dough of parathas. The fluid in it is considered a good source of protein, probiotics and other nutrients. Therefore, whenever you make paneer curry, keep it in water in a bowl for some time.
  • Apart from potato and paneer, soya, avocado, broccoli and sattu can also be used for stuffing paratha. These parathas are delicious as well as super healthy.
  • While making parathas, you can enhance their taste by sprinkling coriander leaves, mint leaves, basil leaves or carom seeds on them.
  • While eating paratha, you can mix pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, all these seeds are full of nutrients along with giving energy.
