LPG Booking New Rule: Now cylinders will be able to be taken from any agency, the government is going to make this big change

New LPG Booking: To make the LPG cylinder gas booking process easier and better, the government is preparing to change the rules. For this, talks have been held with 3 major oil companies of the country.

Till now, customers are dependent on their gas agency to take LPG cylinders and refill them, but soon the government can make a big reshuffle in this rule. Under this, customers can take or refill LPG cylinders from any agency in the coming days. To do this, the government and oil companies are working on creating an integrated platform.

In order to make the process of LPG gas booking and refill easier and better, the government is planning to change the rules. With this, customers will not have to wait hours for refills after booking. Apart from this, everything will be organized.

The aim is to promote clean energy

The government wants to promote clean energy, for this LPG cylinders will have to be delivered in 100 percent of the country’s homes. That is why the government is in talks with the three big oil companies of the country, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL). It is believed that soon these three companies will together form a special platform.

Customers will get benefit

At this time, the gas consumer can only take the cylinder of the same company from which the gas agency has taken the connection, but through the new rule, the customer can get the cylinder of any company sitting at home or get it refilled. With this, people can get their booking done from the nearest gas agency.

Can be refilled from any POS

Migrants do not have difficulty in getting gas cylinders from living in other city or area, in which case the option of 5 kg short-cylinder has been introduced for them. These gas connections can be taken without address proof. The customer just needs to show their ID proof. They can refill the cylinder from any point of sale or distributorship location in the country.
