Mallika Sherawat’s film Hiss, released in the year 2010, may not have shown any special feat at the box office, but even today people cannot watch the bo*ld scenes of the actress sitting with the family.
Mallika herself has also mentioned these scenes in several interviews. She had told that earlier she had flatly refused to give nude scenes in many films. Mallika had told, “I had given very bo*ld scenes in the film on the demand of the director. Actually, the director was completely adamant. The director said that when a child is born, what clothes is it born wearing? When that girl If she becomes a snake, will she become a snake by wearing clothes? When the director did not agree, I also crossed the line that I cannot do this scene at all.”
During the interview, Mallika Sherawat compared the news scene done in Hiss to the dismemberment of Draupadi. She had said, ‘This era is such that when Draupadi was disrobed, everyone had fun. The nude scenes in Hiss were done by a body double. Illusion was created in the film and post production was used.
