Mira Rajput Diet chart: How to keep yourself healthy while fasting? Mira Rajput shares diet chart

Meera has been encroaching her fans about the fast in the past as well. She encourages her fans to fast for nine days, under which everyone has to follow the procedures of Ayurveda in this changing season.

Meera often shares things related to fitness like beauty tips, hair care, skin care, diet plan, workout etc. Now he has encouraged the fans to fast by sharing 6 days fasting diet chart with the fans.

Diet chart will be like this for six days

Meera told what to eat during the fast and how to keep herself healthy. He has shared the fasting diet chart. Sabudana Upma or sweet porridge in the first day of the fast, Mid-morning – any fruit of your choice, in lunch, buckwheat flour roti, gourd vegetable and curd, a bowl of makhana in the snack, potatoes and millets of your choice in the dinner Khichdi with curd aloo/aloo dum/pudina aloo.

Second fasting day breakfast includes buckwheat flour chilla with chutney or makhana granola with milk or dry fruits, mid-morning buttermilk with mint or cumin, sabudana khichdi and beetroot and sesame salad for lunch, sweet potato chaat for snack, dinner Ghiya koftas with amaranth parathas.

Breakfast on the third day, Aloo Paratha and curd made of water chestnut, Mid-morning Coconut water with Basil seeds and Rose Petals, Dahi Kebabs, Amaranth Cucumber and Pomegranate Salad for Lunch, Sabudana in Snack, Coconut Pudding with Fresh Mango. Also, dinner ‘Zoodles’ with Puttanesca Sauce and Steamed Vegetables and Potatoes.

Breakfast on the fourth day of sabudana upma or porridge, any fruit of your choice in mid-morning, kuttu ka cheela with dosa potato and chutney for lunch, toasted amaranth with jaggery for snack, coconut and badam panjiri, dinner in Thai Eat curry with vegetables and millet khichdi.

On the fifth day, a mix of bajra and vegetables, chilla with mint chutney, mid-morning lemon juice and rock salt, sabudana tikki, mint chutney and lightly roasted vegetables, makhana bhel in the snack, amaranth and vegetables in the dinner Biryani with grilled paneer.

Breakfast on the 6th day includes Sabudana Upma or Sweet Porridge, Mid Morning Coconut Water with Basil Seeds and Rose Petals, Lunch Stuffed with Turnips, Amaranth Paratha, Sour Sweet Pumpkin and Curd, Bajra Pancakes, Fruits and Jaggery Syrup in Snack Dinner with Malabar Stew with Appam Style Kuttu Cheela.

Ayurveda is beneficial for the changing season!

Since Meera follows Ayurveda a lot, her diet chart is also following the procedures of Ayurveda. It is very beneficial under the changing seasons. This diet shared by Meera is light and healthy too.
