National Film Awards 2025: Today (September 23), the 71st National Film Awards ceremony was held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. The country’s President Draupadi Murmu honored the artists selected for the National Award. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan received the National Award for the first time in his 35-year career. He was given the National Award for Best Actor. Rani Mukerji received the Best Actress Award for the film Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway.
Film stars descended on New Delhi for the event. King Khan Shah Rukh Khan looked dashing in a black suit and pants outfit.

Best Actor – Shah Rukh Khan (Jawan) and Vikrant Massey (12th Fail)
Best Actress – Rani Mukerji (Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway)
Best Hindi Film – ‘Kathal – A Jackfruit Mystery’
Best Feature Film – 12th Fail
Dadasaheb Phalke Award: This year, South superstar Mohanlal will be honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
Best Direction – The Kerala Story (Sudipto Sen)
Best Choreography – Rocky and Rani’s Love Story (Dhindora Baje Re)
Best Telugu Film – Bhagavantha Kesari
Best Tamil Film – Parking
Best Kannada Film – The Ray of Hope
