Civil Aviation Ministry has informed that soon new airports will be built in Guna district and Shivpuri district.
Airports also inaugurated in Gwalior and Jabalpur
Let us tell you that Shivpuri Airport will be constructed by the Aviation Ministry at a cost of Rs 45 crore under the UDAN scheme and air services for Bhopal will be started from here first. He has also constructed new airports in Gwalior and Jabalpur which will be inaugurated on March 10.
₹45 crore allocated for airport
Located in Madhya Pradesh, Guna Airport comes under the Government of Madhya Pradesh. It has been identified under UDAN 5.2. MoCA/AAI has allocated Rs 45 crore for the development of Guna Airport, where the Airport Authority of India has also agreed to provide communications, navigation surveillance (CNS)/air traffic management (ATM) and aeronautical information services (AIS). It is done. AAI has also agreed to be nominated as the O&M service provider for Guna Airport.
This airport located in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh belongs to the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Shivpuri Airport base has been identified with 9-seater type aircraft under UDAN 5.2. New start-up airline Spirit Air has bid for Shivpuri to Bhopal. MoCA has allocated Rs 45 crore to develop the airport.
Direct air connectivity between Shivpuri and Bhopal
People of Shivpuri and surrounding areas including Bhopal will get direct air connectivity between Shivpuri and Bhopal. Apart from seamless movement of passengers, it will boost trade, commerce and tourism to enhance economic activity of the region.
