Hindon Airport Flights: The number of flights from Hindon, the second airport in Delhi-NCR, is gradually increasing. Recently, Air India Express flights were started from here for Goa, Bengaluru and Chennai.

Yes, InterGlobe Aviation Limited, the company that owns Indigo Airlines, said that direct flights will be started for eight cities from Hindon Airport in UP. The company said that Indigo flights are being started from 20 July 2025. In the list of these cities, flights are being started for Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna and Varanasi. Hindon will be the second airport in the National Capital Region (NCR).
More than 70 flights every week to eight cities
Indigo’s Global Sales Head Vinay Malhotra said that starting flights from Hindon is part of our strategy. This will give a new option to travel to millions of passengers of NCR and surrounding areas. He said that there will be more than 70 flights every week from here (daily) to these eight cities. This will make travel easier, increase business and lead to economic growth. The reason for the airline choosing Hindon is its proximity to Noida and East Delhi. Industry, educational institutes and housing projects have grown rapidly in both these areas.
Real benefit to the people of West UP
IndiGo hopes that with the start of flights from Hindon, people of Ghaziabad, East Delhi and Western Uttar Pradesh will get the benefit of better connectivity. Hindon is IndiGo’s 93rd domestic and 136th overall station. Currently, IndiGo operates more than 1500 flights from Delhi every week. More than 85 airports are connected through these.
