The Ministry of Road and Transport has changed the rules of driving license, due to which crores of people who are trying to get driving license, but due to the long waiting time, they will not have to wait much, nor will they have to wait. No need to go to RTO and give test

According to the new rules issued by the Ministry of Roads and Transport, any person who has passed the test from any government recognized driving training center will be exempted from the driving test to be held at the RTO while applying for the license, that is, he will be Driving test will not be required at RTO. His driving license will be made on the certificate of Private Driving Training Center only.

New rules for driving license from July 1

The new rules of driving license will come into effect from July 1, which will allow only those private driving training centers, which are recognized by the state transport authority or by the central government. The recognition of these training centers will be for 5 years, after which they will have to be renewed by the government. With this move of the government, a separate industry of private private training schools can be created.

What are the new rules

There are also some guidelines and conditions from the Ministry of Road and Transport regarding training centers. Which includes from the area of ​​training centers to the education of the trainer. Let’s understand this.

1. The authorized agency shall ensure that the training centers for two wheeler, three wheeler and light motor vehicles have at least one acre of land, for medium and heavy passenger goods vehicles or trailers, two acres of land would be required for the centers.

2. The trainer should be at least 12th class pass and should have at least five years driving experience, should be well versed in traffic rules.

3. The ministry has also prescribed a teaching curriculum. For driving light motor vehicles, the duration of the course will be maximum 4 weeks lasting up to 29 hours. The syllabus of these driving centers will be divided into 2 parts. Theory and Practical.

4.People will have to spend 21 hours in learning to drive on basic roads, rural roads, highways, city roads, reversing and parking, uphill and downhill driving and so on. The theory part will cover 8 hours of the entire course, it will include understanding road etiquette, road rage, traffic education, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid and driving fuel efficiency.
