The Transport Department has taken a big step to prevent road accidents in Uttar Pradesh. According to the department, if a vehicle is challaned more than three times, the driving license will be cancelled. Along with this, the department will also issue fitness cards to the drivers.
New Traffic Rules: Not following traffic rules in Uttar Pradesh may result in huge losses. Even the driving license may be cancelled. Yogi government has issued a strict order regarding this. In UP, if a vehicle is challaned more than 3 times, its license will be cancelled.
If challan is issued more than 3 times, driving license will be cancelled.
Yogi government of UP is emphasizing on proper operation of vehicles on the roads. Many strict rules are also being implemented for this. In this regard, the government has issued a new instruction. Under which, if a vehicle is challaned more than three times, the driver’s driving license will be cancelled.
Road accident safety fortnight-
Apart from this, along with fitness test of vehicles, fitness test of drivers will also be done in UP, so that accidents on the road can be prevented. To make people aware about traffic rules, Uttar Pradesh Transport Department will organize Road Accident Safety Fortnight from 15 to 31 December. During this period, a campaign will be run to reduce road accidents.
Drivers will be given fitness cards-
The fitness of the vehicles will also be checked under the road safety campaign of the Transport Department of Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, there will also be a fitness test for the drivers. The driver who passes this fitness test will also be given a fitness card. According to Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh, instructions have been given to everyone that this time cards should be made for the fitness of the driver. His fitness should be checked whether he is fit to drive or not. If found not fit in any respect then it will be removed. His license will also be cancelled.
