New Vande Bharat Express trains: Rajasthan will receive two new Vande Bharat Express trains starting next week. Indian Railways is set to launch two new Vande Bharat Express trains connecting Jodhpur and Bikaner with the national capital, Delhi. These new services are expected to reduce travel time on both routes by more than an hour. According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the new Vande Bharat Express trains on September 25th.
These trains will ensure fast and comfortable travel for passengers, boosting both tourism and trade. According to a tentative schedule, the train will depart Jodhpur at 5:30 am and arrive in Delhi Cantt at 1:30 pm. On its return journey, it will depart at 3:10 pm and arrive in Jodhpur at 11:15 am the same day. It will travel from Delhi to Jodhpur in approximately 8 hours.
Vande Bharat Train from Bikaner to Delhi Cantt
According to the tentative schedule for the second Vande Bharat train, it will depart from Bikaner at 5:45 am and arrive in Delhi Cantt at 11:50 am. The train will return from Delhi Cantt at 4:45 pm and arrive in Bikaner at 11:00 pm. However, there has been no official statement regarding the exact dates of the inauguration of both trains. It is said that PM Modi will flag them off on September 25th.
Semi-high-speed trains will further strengthen connectivity
According to railway officials, these new semi-high-speed trains will strengthen connectivity, improve passenger experience, and boost the regional economy. These new trains will be maintained and operated by the North Western Railway (NWR) zone.
