Bihar Special Vande Bharat Express is being run for Bihar on Chhath Puja. According to the Railways, this train will make a total of six trips. It has been given stoppages at Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar and Arrah stations.
New Delhi: Railways has decided to run special trips of Rajdhani and Vande Bharat trains between Delhi and Patna on the occasion of Chhath Puja. Rajdhani Express will make a total of 8 trips. Whereas, Vande Bharat will make 6 rounds. According to the information, till now Railways has issued orders to run 52 special trains for Chhath Puja. In this way, a total of 10 lakh passengers are likely to travel through a total of 522 trips. According to Northern Railway, in view of the rush of passengers on the occasion of Chhath Puja, it has been decided to run special trains. Trains like Rajdhani Express and Vande Bharat have been included in this. According to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, special trains will make a total of 4,480 trips during the festive season.
Railways had earlier announced to run 283 special trains for Diwali and six pujas. According to railway sources, special Rajdhani train number 02250/02249 will make a total of 8 trips between New Delhi-Patna Junction. This train will run from New Delhi on 10, 13, 15 and 17 November. Similarly, this train will leave from Patna for New Delhi on 11, 14, 16 and 18 November. There will be a total of 22 coaches. On the other hand, for the convenience of railway passengers, Railways has also decided to run Vande Bharat Festival Special train at New Delhi-Patna Junction. Train number 02252/02251 will make a total of 6 trips between New Delhi-Patna Junction. This train will cover the distance of 994 kilometers from New Delhi to Patna in 12 hours. Booking for this special Vande Bharat train has also started from October 31, 2023.
How much will the rent be
This train will leave from New Delhi at 7.25 am on 11, 14 and 16 November and will reach Patna at 7 pm on the same day. In return, this train will depart from Patna Junction at 7:30 am on 12, 15 and 17 November and will reach New Delhi at 7 pm on the same day. It has been given stoppages at Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar and Ara stations. The fare for its SC chair car coach from New Delhi to Patna will be Rs 2355, while the fare for AC executive chair car will be Rs 4410.
