- Step 1: Visit the official Reliance Jio website.
- Step 2: Click on the Get Jio SIM tab shown at the top of the website.
- Step 3: Enter some of your personal details including full name and mobile number.
- Step 4: Click on Generate OTP.
- Step 5: Enter the 6 digit OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Step 6: The website will show the option to select the type of SIM – Postpaid and Prepaid
- Step 7: Jio also offers options like port or Jio or new connection. You can select the option which suits you best
- Step 8: Now you have to add other details including address, pin code and house number in the website.
- Step 9: After adding these details, click on the option “Submit new Jio SIM request”
- Step 10: Now your request will be processed. The website will then show a message that says: “Thank you for your interest in Jio. Your request to port your existing number to Jio has been successfully submitted. Our executive will contact you soon.”
