The UIDAI has clarified that the registration is done even without fulfilling the eligibility of the basis of the Corona vaccine.

According to UIDAI, Aadhaar is a necessary photo document under the vaccine registration process, but in the absence of it, PAN card, driving license, health insurance card of the government, pension document are also valid.

In such a situation, if you refuse to ask for the Aadhaar card for vaccine or treatment in the hospital, then complain to the concerned department. You can also register Aadhaar-related complaint by logging on to the official website of UIDAI https://resident.uidai.gov.in/file-complaint.

For vaccination, you have to register by going to the CoWIN portal link www.cowin.gov.in. Any person over the age of 18 can register themselves by visiting the portal. Apart from this, registration for corona vaccine can also be done through Aarogya Setu app.
