The woman lived with her elder sister Meera Devi in ​​Mussallahpur of Mahi Kumari Kadamkuan police station area. There are no parents, so the elder sister has raised her since childhood. The elder sister alleges that at 4 pm on December 12, 2020, her sister went to Mussallahpur Haat to get vegetables from the house. After the incident, when it was learned that she had been kidnapped, she ran to the police station, but the police did not register a case. She ran continuously, after which the police registered an FIR on 22 December 2020.




Mobile CDR could not be detected till now

The police has not even traced the mobile CDR in this case. Case researcher Pooja Swaraj says that the CDR has been written four times, but has not yet been received from the technical cell. Due to this investigation is not being done.

Getting threats to kill

The elder sister of the victim says that due to the widow, there is no one to help her back and forth. In such a situation, there are repeated threats of taking up the case on behalf of the accused. The victim’s family suspects that there is a plan to sell the abducted girl.

Plead from IG to CM office

The victim’s sister says that the CM office has also been requested in this matter but no help has been received. In such a situation, the victim is always afraid. She is unable to understand how the woman will be recovered. She went to the police station several times but got no help. Now she is tired of traveling from SSP office to police station. The victim says that IG has also appealed to the weaker section.

The matter reached the National Commission for Scheduled Castes

AAP spokesperson Bablu Prakash has helped the victim’s elder sister take the matter to the National Commission for Scheduled Castes. The commission has been sought to get the victim recovered by conducting an inquiry into the matter. The commission took the matter seriously and sought information from the Patna Police.

Commission asked for information on 4 points

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes has written a letter to Patna SSP and DM. Research officer SK Bhagat has sought information on 4 points in the letter. It has asked for full details of the incident. With this, full details of the police action taken so far in the incident have been sought. In this, full information has been sought from the registration of the FIR to the arrest of the accused. Details of police action have also been sought under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act 2015 against those convicted of the incident. Details of financial, medical and other assistance taken under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act 2015 have also been sought.
