It has been instructed to diagnose the problem related to PF account within one day. Following the complaint of the account holders, the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Narendra Kumar Singh has issued a directive to all officers and employees.
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner said that mistakes are made on behalf of companies in filling the information related to the PF of their employees. These include spelling of the name of the PF account holder, date of birth, address, father’s name, even many times it is written to male to female and male to female. In such a situation, when the account holder applies to withdraw money online, the system does not accept the application.
He said that people have complained that the employees take time to correct the errors. Officers and employees have been instructed that if the documents are complete, then the errors related to the information of the account holder should be rectified within a single day.
