India is an agricultural country and the Government of India takes special care of the interests of farmers. That is why the government brings different schemes for farmers from time to time.
In the year 2019, the Government of India started a scheme to provide financial assistance to farmers. The name of this scheme was Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Government of India gives Rs 6 thousand annually to the beneficiary farmers.
This amount is sent to the farmers by the government in installments of Rs 2000 at an interval of four months. So far 17 installments of this scheme have been sent.
Now all the beneficiary farmers are waiting for the 18th installment of the scheme. Which can be released in the month of October.
Let us tell you that the 17th installment of the scheme was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the month of July. Now the fourth month after July will be in October. It is estimated that the installment will be released in the first week of October.
