PM Modi said on agriculture law, “Nobody had appealed to make laws even on triple talaq”

PM Modi accused the opposition of misleading farmers and said that if the opposition parties were to debate the law, then there would be no misunderstanding in the mind of our farmer brothers and sisters.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today openly spoke on the agricultural laws while replying to the motion of thanks of the President’s address to the Lok Sabha. Taking a dig at the opposition, PM Modi said that instead of discussing the content of agricultural laws, our opposition parties discussed the color of agricultural laws.




PM Modi accused the opposition of misleading farmers and said that if the opposition parties were to debate the law, then there would be no misunderstanding in the mind of our farmer brothers and sisters. After this talk of PM Modi, the opposition created a ruckus. After which PM sat silently for a while.

PM Modi said that the MSP did not end after the law was enacted. The PM said that I am surprised that for the first time in the House, we gave such an argument that if we did not ask, then why did you give. Citing the triple talaq law, PM Modi said, “Be it dowry or triple talaq, no one had demanded a law for this, but the law was made because it is necessary for a progressive society.

PM Modi said that the thinking force which can be forced to ask cannot be the thinking of democracy. Agriculture has been a part of the culture of society here. Our festivals and festivals have been associated with planting and reaping crops. The more investment inside agriculture, the more employment opportunities will increase.
