PMAY List 2021: The objective of PMAY List 2021 is to provide housing facility to all the citizens of the country. The applicant can take advantage of the scheme by checking his name in the list. PMAY scheme Subsidy
Whoever is the beneficiary of PMAY, the government will provide them a loan of up to 6 lakh and along with it will also provide subsidy up to 2.67 lakh. This will also help the citizens. The loan and subsidy given by the government will depend on the annual income of the borrower.
Under the scheme 3 categories MIG, LIG, EWS have been included. The income of the citizens of EWS i.e. Economically Weaker Section should not exceed 3 lakhs, they will be provided 6.5% subsidy. 6.5% subsidy will be given to the citizens of LIG i.e. Lower Income Group, their annual income should not exceed 3 to 6 lakhs, 4% subsidy will be given to the citizens of MIG 1 Middle Income Group. Their annual income should be between 6 to 12 lakhs. A subsidy of 3% will be given to the citizens of MIG 2, their annual income should not exceed 12 to 18 lakhs.
