One of these is the Post Office’s Post Office Gram Sumangal Gramin Dak Life Insurance Scheme. The biggest advantage of this plan is that you will not only get your money back, but also get insurance cover. Actually, this scheme has been started with the aim of increasing the awareness of the people about the insurance scheme in rural areas.

An investment of just Rs 95 per day can fetch you Rs 14 lakh under the Gramin Sumangal Yojana. Although this Rural Postal Life Insurance Scheme was started in the year 1995, but still most of the people are not aware of it.

The biggest advantage of this plan is that the person taking the policy is also given some money (money back) if needed in the middle of the policy. At the same time, on the maturity of the plan, the sum assured amount along with the bonus money is also given to the insured.

If we talk about the premium of the policy, then buying a policy of Rs 7 lakh will have to pay around Rs 2850 per month, i.e. Rs 95 daily. If you want to pay quarterly premium then you have to pay premium of Rs 8449, half yearly Rs 16715 and annual premium of Rs 32735. You must be at least 19 years of age to take this policy.
