Govt Holiday List 2025: There will be a local holiday on Makar Sankranti and Sheetla Ashtami in Jaipur in 2025. District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni issued orders. There will be a holiday on Makar Sankranti on 14 January 2025. There will also be a holiday on Sheetla Ashtami (Mela Chaksu) on 21 March 2025. This holiday will be applicable in both Jaipur city and rural districts.

Public Holiday: There will be a local holiday on Makar Sankranti and Sheetala Ashtami in the capital Jaipur city and rural areas in 2025. District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has issued this order. Holiday has been declared for Makar Sankranti on 14 January 2025 (Tuesday) and Sheetala Ashtami (Chaksu Mela) on 21 March 2025 (Friday).

Good news for the people of Jaipur! They will be able to enjoy holiday on Makar Sankranti and Sheetala Ashtami in 2025. District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has taken this decision. This holiday will be applicable for both Jaipur city and rural areas.

Makar Sankranti holiday will be on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. On this day people will be able to enjoy kite flying and eating sesame laddus. Sheetala Ashtami holiday will be on Friday, March 21, 2025. This day is special for the fair held in Chaksu.

The District Collector has issued an order announcing these holidays. Makar Sankranti 14 January, 2025 (Tuesday) and Sheetla Ashtami 21 March, 2025 (Friday) have been declared local holidays.
