Rain Basera features Bharti Jha as the protagonist who is a thieve and illegally runs a business of watches. During cops’ raid one day, she flees the spot with a little help from a stranger. The stranger has a wish to join her illegal business. After getting approval from her gang, the stranger officially becomes her business partner. However, as they spend more time together, they grow closer and start meeting in secret. One day, a villager shoots both during their intimate time and later uses this video to blackmail them.
It is then revealed that Bharati Jha is married and her husband doesn’t know about her secret romance. After learning about it from the man who secretly shot her video, the husband gets furious and warns her that he is the only one for her.
