According to the Meteorological Department, the sky will be cloudy in Delhi from May 4 to 7 and there is a possibility of rain along with thunder and lightning. Due to which the minimum temperature of Delhi is likely to be 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.

Snowfall in the mountains

It has been raining in many areas of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir and Uttarakhand for the last few days. There is snowfall in the higher altitude areas. Rain in UP on May 5-7

According to M Danish, senior meteorologist of the Zonal Meteorological Centre, there is no possibility of change in the day and night temperatures today and tomorrow. After this, there is a possibility of rain between May 5 and 7.

Heat wave threat in these states

There may be some respite from the heat in the first week of May, but the remaining May is going to be extremely hot. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Wednesday that in most parts of North India, including the national capital, the maximum and minimum temperatures in the month of May may be above normal and heat wave may last for two to four days. IMD chief Mrityunjay Mohapatra told a press conference through digital medium that the maximum temperature is likely to be above normal in most parts of the country except most parts of Northeast India and some parts of Northwest India and Central India and North-Eastern Peninsula India. Mohapatra said that heat wave may last for about two to four days in East Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, some parts of Chhattisgarh, interior Odisha, Ganga plains in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar and other areas. Which is more than normal.
