Pawan Pandey has raised these questions
Pawan Pandey is considered close to former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav. Former minister Pawan Pandey has alleged scam in the land purchased by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The SP leader alleges that 10 minutes ago the land was sold for 2 crores and on the same day again the agreement was done for 18 and a half crores. Trustee Anil Mishra and Mayor of Ayodhya Municipal Corporation Rishikesh Upadhyay are witnesses in both the agreement and the deed. He has asked the question that the land which was bought for two crore rupees, why was the agreement signed after 10 minutes for 18 and a half crores? How did the land of 2 crores become 18 and a half crores in 5 minutes? How did the price of land rise?
In a conversation with NBT Online, Pawan Pandey said, ‘I have demanded a CBI inquiry before and am still doing it.’ Milk will become milk and water will become water. The Center has formed a trust and a CBI inquiry should be conducted into the matter. I am not talking about this vacant land. The amount of land purchased by the trust in the entire Ayodhya should be investigated. All facts should be investigated and those who are guilty should be punished. This is a question of faith of 120 crore people and people’s faith has been hurt. I am not making any allegations. I am asking for an inquiry. Denama has come out, Registered Affidavit has come out. I am talking on paper basis.

Such was the sale of land?
When the work of demolishing and shifting the temples around the temple complex started, along with buying the land around it, about half a dozen old temples were demolished and included in the premises. A person associated with the accused land-trade case said that 180 Biswa (12,080 square meters) of land located in Bagh Vilasi of Ayodhya belonged to Harish Pathak and Kusum Pathak. He had made a registered agreement in the name of Sultan Ansari, Ravi Mohan Tiwari, Ichha Ram, Manish Kumar, Ravindra Kumar, Balram Yadav and three others in 2019. The deal for this land was finalized for Rs 26.50 crore. Its official worth was estimated to be around Rs 11 crore. Registry of 80 Biswa land was done by transferring Rs 2.80 crore to the accounts of Harish Pathak and Kusum Pathak. The remaining 100 Biswa land agreement holders, with their consent, wrote the names of two people, from whom the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust took 18.

Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has given a statement on this entire controversy. He said, “All types of court fees and stamp paper purchases are being done online. After the order of the Supreme Court on 9 November 2019, many people started coming from the country to buy land in Ayodhya. The UP government is also buying a lot of land for the development of Ayodhya. Because of this suddenly the price of land in Ayodhya increased. The land which is being discussed is a prominent place near the railway station. All the land purchased by the Trust is at a price much lower than the open market. He got the land sold on March 18, 2021, at the price at which the agreement was made years ago with the present sellers to buy the land. After that signed an agreement with the trust. Political people are spreading false propaganda to mislead the society. Along with this, Champat Rai said that we have also been accused of killing Mahatma Gandhi. We are not afraid of allegations, I will investigate the allegations that have been made.
What Pawan Pandey said on the allegation

If Champat Rai ji is such a doodh ke dhule and Harishchandra, then he should write a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, demanding a CBI inquiry. I would welcome his honesty and integrity. This is a Registry, Bainama or Registered Agreement, it is not a document printed on the house of Samajwadi Party or Pawan Pandey. This is a government document. The land whose debenture was done five minutes ago for 2 crores, the same registered agreement is being done five minutes later for 18.5 crores.
Ayodhya Mayor’s argument in the agreement, witnesses in the
deed and registered agreement of the temple trust, Ayodhya Municipal Corporation Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay says that I am a witness in the property sale of all the temples, but the deal is between the seller and the buyer. The witness has nothing to do with him.
What Sant Samaj is saying
Ramlala’s chief priest Acharya Satyendra Das said in a conversation with NBT Online that the dispute is happening due to political reasons. He said that both the Samajwadi Party and the Aam Aadmi Party are against the BJP. Both Pawan Pandey and Sanjay Singh should be given clarification on the statement. On the other hand, Mahant Raju Das of Hanuman Garhi has demanded a high-level inquiry into the allegations of the Aam Aadmi Party MP. Mahant Raju Das has said that if anyone is found guilty, strict action should be taken against him. On the other hand, if the allegations are found to be false, I will file a defamation claim of 50 crores against Sanjay Singh.
