New Delhi. Ration card is a government document through which wheat, rice etc. can be purchased from the fair price shops at a lower price than the market price under the government distribution system. But complaints are coming on the day of food distribution. It is often seen that ration dealers are reluctant to give their quota grains to the card holders. If you are facing any such problem then you can complain on the toll-free number.
You can complain on the NFSA website – Different toll-free numbers have been given for each state on the National Food Security Portal (NFSA). If you want, you can go to the NFSA website https://nfsa.gov.in. Complaints are filed on this website through mail and through phone numbers. Each state has a different toll-free number. Explain that the method of making ration card is also different in every state.
