RBI survey on Bank mergers: RBI will conduct a customer satisification survey with the help of which it wants to know whether the customers have benefited from it or not.
Preparations for privatization of the two banks are continuing vigorously, however, due to the Corona crisis, it has come to a halt at the moment. Meanwhile, the Reserve Bank of India will conduct a survey to know the matter of the customers about the merger of the banks. The RBI will conduct a customer satisfaction survey, with the help of which it wants to know whether the customers have benefited from it or not. The central bank will also ask them whether the merger decision regarding customer service has been wrong or correct. For every question, customers will be given five options – strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree.
