This complimentary service of Reliance Jio is restricted for flood affected areas in Assam and North East. The company is giving this free service so that the users affected by the flood do not face any problem in talking to their family and friends.
According to the report, eligible Jio customers are being given unlimited free calls and data benefits to any network at zero cost for four days. In this, users will get daily 1.5GB high-speed data. With this, unlimited calls and daily 100SMS are being given.
The validity of this free plan is four days. This benefit is being given to the users of Dim Hasao, Korbi Anglong East, Korbi Anglong West, Hojai and Catcher districts affected by the floods of Assam. According to a report in Telecom Talk, Jio has also sent a message to eligible customers of Assam for this.
The message states that the service experience has been affected due to extreme weather conditions, so the company has applied COMPLIMENTARY 4-DAY UNLIMITED PLAN on the user’s number.
