RuPay Credit Card on UPI: Just like you link a bank account to a UPI app, similarly you can link your RuPay credit card to many UPI apps including BHIM. At present, RuPay credit cards of 17 banks have gone live on BHIM app.
RuPay Credit Card on UPI: If you do not have money in your bank account and want to make UPI payment, then there is no need to panic. You can make UPI payment to online and offline merchants through Rupay Credit Card. However, you cannot make person to person payment through RuPay Credit Card.
Let us tell you that in the year 2022, Rupay Credit Card on UPI facility was started. If you understand in simple language, you can avail the benefit of making UPI payment through RuPay Credit Card. Just like linking a bank account with a UPI app, similarly you can link your RuPay credit card with many UPI apps including BHIM. Till now, RuPay credit cards of 17 banks can be linked on BHIM app.

How to link RuPay credit card to BHIM app
- First of all open BHIM app.
- After this, click on the profile icon at the top left.
- Scroll down and click on Link RuPay Credit Card Pay With UPI.
- Now a list of 17 banks will come, whose RuPay credit card can be linked to UPI.
- On clicking on the concerned card, the details of the credit card linked to your mobile number will appear.
- Now enter the last 6 digits and validity of the credit card.
- After this enter the OTP received on the mobile.
- Create UPI PIN. In this way the registration process will be completed.
- Now scan the merchant UPI QR code, select RuPay Credit Card and enter the UPI PIN to complete the payment.
