When actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu returned to the sets of her Telugu film ‘Kushi’ after months, she was warmly welcomed by the team with a cake. Samantha recently shot for the Indian version of American spy series ‘Citadel’ and after that she returned to the sets of ‘Kushi’. Samantha had taken a break a few months before ‘Kushi’ when she was suffering from a rare autoimmune disease called myositis. But when Samantha Ruth Prabhu returned on the set of ‘Kushi’ after months, she had the cake cut.
Some pictures have surfaced from the sets of the film, in which Samantha Ruth Prabhu is cutting the cake with the entire team and is chirping a lot. These pictures have been shared by Kushi’s director Shiv Nirvana. By sharing the pictures, she called Samantha a ‘fighter’. Shin wrote, ‘Fighter Samantha is back on the sets of ‘Kushi’. Everything will be beautiful now.

Samantha’s pain was spilled over her illness
Vijay Deverakonda will be seen opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu in ‘Kushi’. This is the second film of these two stars together after the film ‘Mehanti’. The first schedule of ‘Kushi’ was shot in Kashmir. But the shooting of the film was halted midway when Samantha revealed that she had been diagnosed with myositis. Then Samantha had postponed all the projects and commitments due to her treatment. Since then the makers of ‘Kushi’ were waiting to see when Samantha would recover and resume the shooting of the film.
Samantha shared a post on Instagram telling about her illness, in which she told what problems she was facing. Samantha had said that she is struggling with the disease, but the doctors are confident that she will recover soon.
