Eligibility
Candidates of both ITI and non-ITI can apply to these posts. Just the candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in 10th standard.
Age limit:
The minimum age of the candidates is 15 years. The maximum age for ITIs is 24 years. At the same time, the maximum age for non-ITIs is set at 22 years. The reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per rules.
Such selection
will be done on the basis of merit of the selected candidates. Merit of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and marks obtained in ITI. Merit list will be prepared for non-ITIs based on only 10th marks. There will be no written examination or interview for selection in recruitment.
