  • You must then fill in all the required information.

  • After filling out the form, attach and upload the relevant documents.

You can also complete your application offline. You can apply by submitting the form at an Anganwadi center or the nearest health center. The application must be submitted within 270 days of the child’s birth.

Which categories of women are eligible for the scheme’s benefits?

To benefit from this scheme, a woman must be over 19 years of age. Additionally, SC, ST, women with disabilities, BPL card holders, Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries, e-Shram card holders, Kisan Samman Nidhi beneficiaries, and MNREGA job card holders can apply.
